Price: LED panel lights have higher illuminance, good uniformity, and soft light than grille lights, but the price is higher. Grille lights are relatively cheap because of the mature technology of LED T8/T5 lamps;

Installation cost and maintenance: LED panel lights can be used only by connecting the power cord from the factory to the actual installation, while the grid lamp panel needs to remove the baffle or reflector first, and then install the lamp tube into it. In contrast, Led panel lights are more time-saving and labor-saving;

Application occasions: As the main application places, commercial lighting and office lighting must consider glare factors. At present, both can prevent glare and basically meet the main specifications of office lighting places. As for whether to choose LED flat panel lights or LED grille lights, it depends on whether consumers pay more attention to replaceability, cost performance or decoration.
