Light guide plate (light guide plate) is the use of optical grade acrylic / PC / PS plate, and then with a very high refractive index and non-absorbent high-tech materials, on the bottom of the optical grade acrylic sheet with laser engraving, V-shaped cross grid engraving, UV screen printing technology printed light guide point and integrated molding of silk screen printing process. The optical grade plate absorbs the light emitted from the lamp on the surface of the optical grade plate, and when the light hits each light guide point, the reflected light will spread to all angles, and then destroy the reflection conditions from the front of the light guide plate. Through a variety of dense and different sizes of light guide points, the light guide plate can be uniformly lumined. The purpose of the reflector is to reflect the light exposed on the bottom surface back into the light guide plate to improve the efficiency of light use; Under the condition of the same area luminous brightness, the luminous efficiency is high and the power consumption is low. Single-sided and double-sided microstructure array light guide plates generally adopt the production process of extrusion molding.
